PARSHVIKA  PADA SHIRSHASANA

TECHNIQUE

  1. After completing Ek pada Shirshasana ,exhale and lower the left leg sideways to left towards floor as much close to floor as possible in line with head. Keep the right leg vertical .
  2. Stay in position for near about half minute according to your capacity come back and repeat with other leg on other side.
  3. Always keep knees straight while lowering or raising legs to help for maintaining balance.
